"I had a chance to stay at the “Courtside” cottage for 2 weeks. Everything was well appointed, the bedding was of top quality sheets and pillows and the kitchen was very efficient. Many great touches and thought was taken to all the details and information about the cottage as well as things to do in town. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Ashland Cottage. It is a wonderful peaceful setting with a nice walk into town and gracious hosts. The two dogs Honey and Jazzy were very friendly and greeted us every morning and evening and added extra enjoyment to our stay. We will be back!!"

"The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."

It is clean and cozy and in a nice safe farmland type neighborhood. Prefect for couples who want to get away. It's minutes from all of the shopping in Medford but far enough away to enjoy the two beautiful wineries five minutes away. The town of Jacksonville is minutes away and is one of the cutest old towns I've been to....

It had a full kitchen, although we didn't use it for more than coffee and breakfast. The property manager was quickly responsive when we had a problem with the heat. "This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!"
