"Stayed over going North and South from the Bay Area to Seattle and stopped over in Medford. Loved the unit, big bedrooms with nice restrooms. Really quiet and safe seeming neighborhood for our quick stops. Great communication and easy check-in. If you need to stay over in Medford for a night or longer, I recommend!"

The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. "The home was nice and in itself was clean. It is conveniently located and close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately they were running behind and we had to wait in our cars and werent able to check in until 430 and had zero towels to use and were left with a closet full of dirty linens. We had a 530 show to get to and were hoping to spruce up a bit but there was no time and we didnt bring our own towels. We literally didnt even have a hand towel to dry our hands in the bathroom. "This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!"
