"Overall our experience was great. We were initially supposed to stay on the side where the sunclub members are and were told those rooms were booked out so we were booked on the other side and said we’d receive a voucher for a couple nights free. We’ll be waiting on that since our trip just ended and we’re hoping the resort actually does this. We weren’t told all of the benefits. The best part was probably the nightly shows, their entertainment team is very fun, Chocolate was honestly the best and the dancers are incredible 10/10. Service wasn’t great at restaurants, we stayed for 5 days and each restaurant has a miscommunication between their staff. At sunny side, they brought one entree out for the person I was with, but completely forgot my entree then the waitress came later on asking if we wanted dessert, meanwhile I still haven’t received my entree. The buffets are fine, and probably the best are the coffee spots like coco cafe near the stage, the guy who makes the coffee there at night was simply the best and the most helpful our entire stay. The worst part of the resort is not being able to walk around freely, or even enjoy the beach without getting hounded by vendors. The vendors within the resort that sell wooden objects were nice but we didn’t expect to spend $120 on 4 things but we still did because of the guy saying it would help his family. Certain aspects of the resort feel like they lack organization between the employees, but overall we had a great stay."
