"Unfortunately, I only stayed at this resort for one day, but the wonderful staff made it memorable! I arrived around 12:30 PM and was greeted by the doorman, who efficiently handled my luggage. As an Expedia Platinum member, I expected complimentary early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. However, Lessith at reception couldn't locate my Platinum status. Although somewhat helpful, I had hoped she would make more of an effort. I requested a manager, but none was available. Thankfully, she referred me to Oscar in Guest Services, and I'm SOOOOO glad she did! Oscar was AMAZING! He assured me I'd come to the right person, and he was right! He arranged check-in two hours early and checkout one hour later, both complimentary! While he worked his magic, he suggested the lobby bar. The staff went above and beyond to find a HUGE Dominican Republic flag for my Instagram photo! A special shout-out to Charlenis, who assisted me the most. Her incredibly warm personality, kindness, and enthusiasm made the experience even better! Mario, the bellman, was also extremely courteous and helpful, explaining the resort's layout while escorting me to my room. Throughout my stay, I was greeted with smiles and friendly "¡Holas!" Despite the initial hiccup, Oscar, Charlenis, and Mario made my brief visit special. I hope management recognizes these wonderful employees! Overall, ¡muy bien! ¡Muchas gracias! 🇩🇴"

"At first they put us in a room that was horrible but they moved us to a room that was very nice. The property was nice , the restaurants were nice , the staff was very helpful and friendly. Juan and Luis especially were ready to help with anything we needed. Also Julio was a pleasure to have shown us around. My experience started off rough but turned out to be a great vacation for us. The room service food would be my only complaint , very disappointing. But I’d come back and I would recommend this place also."
