"Everything is beyond perfect, the staff is extremely amazing!!!"

"Lovely all inclusive with amazing beach and pools. Great entertainment during the day and night. The night club is a bit loud but good space and all amenities you could want. The bathroom in the junior suite is a little awkward as it’s all open to the bedroom with a sliding frosted glass door just for the toilet so it’s not super private, the shower area is all open as well so coming out of the shower anyone in bedroom will see you and potentially anyone from the courtyard if balcony door shades are open. But the room is large and the patio with hot tub is awesome with a view of the ocean off in the distance. Food was also pretty good, especially the themed restaurants that you need to reserve. The circus show was amazing on Wed night! The adults only section is also great with its own entertainment and lots of dancing prior to main show at 10pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!"

"The name speaks for itself…. The resort is truly excellent. One of the very best all inclusives we have been to and that is saying a lot as we gone to many over the last 30 years. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they definitely made it special for us. We loved the layout of the resort, so much walkable space that was beautiful, and the botanical gardens were so nice to walk around every morning. "

"Fix the toilets and clean them rooms"

"The hotel was great and located right in front of the beach. Our room was clean, and the pool area was very nice, with bars around it and music playing. The buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. We traveled with two young kids, though I’m not sure this hotel is the best option for families. Cons: Most of the staff were friendly, but a few were not (at breakfast and at the bar), which was disappointing. Also, be careful with the “welcome package.” We thought it would provide information about the hotel and its amenities, but instead it was a sales presentation for a membership/package. We ended up spending about 1.5 hours there, and I still didn’t really understand the offer before we finally said stop. We later heard that some people spent up to four hours. We came to enjoy the hotel and our vacation, so this process should either be stopped or clearly explained in advance. It’s not normal to take up half a day from guests who are paying to enjoy their holiday. In the end, we didn’t even receive any useful information about the amenities. Restaurant reservations were also difficult. Most restaurants are first-come, first-served, and reservations aren’t available. For the steakhouse and the Japanese restaurant, you can reserve through the app, but you have to wake up at 7 a.m., and within five minutes everything is fully booked."
