"The resort was beautiful. Grounds were well maintained and the staff were always very friendly. The food was amazing, some of the best resort food we have had. Merylen was fantastic, she made the trip smooth, checked in daily and booked any restaurant. Any minor hiccups were resolved efficiently. We usually never go back to the exact resort more than once but we all agreed we will return here. Great vacation."

"Exactly four stars. The food is good, especially if you have access to the Sun Club the food there is actually very good. The worst thing about this hotel is the pool. The water doesn’t seem very clean. The drinks are generally good, except for the beer, which is honestly pretty terrible. The room was good, the service was good, and the staff really do their best to provide the level of service is a four-star too. If you’re traveling with children, I strongly recommend bringing everything you need with you. The hotel shop is extremely expensive almost 10 times more expensive than regular stores outside the hotel."
