"The hotel and its grounds are clean and well maintained. Staff on the whole are warm and friendly and helpful but it felt that there were sometimes not enough staff serving in bars/ restaurants and there could be some time waiting to take orders. Spa is good - not very big but good enough. Had a great massage. Other restaurants cost extra to eat at which is not part of All Inclusive. Free boat shuttle to secret beach and a free3 hour boat ride to nearby islands was included in the stay which was good. Food is very good and a good variety especially at dinner time. If you don’t eat eggs, breakfast might feel more limited. This hotel is not as good as some of the other Rixos hotels (in my opinion) which have more dining options included, live musicians ( classic pianist and saxophonist) at breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurants and also separate cosy lounge bars/ reception area to relax in the evenings. This is missing and would make evenings more comfortable and give more options if you don’t want to sit near the loud evening entertainment. "

"Great surprise upgrade! But beware the steps and closed waterpark. We stayed as a family with three teenagers in September 2025. ROOMS: ★★★★★ We received a fantastic free upgrade to two Luxury Rooms! They were perfect, located across the hall from each other. Each had its own jacuzzi (a teen hit), with one offering a sea view and the other a mountain view. BIG PROBLEMS: ★★☆☆☆ 1. Waterpark Closed: We booked for the free waterpark, but it was closed for a boxing event during our stay. We weren't informed beforehand, which ruined most of our holiday plans for our sons. 2. Lots of Steps: The hotel is on a mountainside, requiring climbs of 200+ stairs to reach rooms. The hill lift often breaks down (it did on our last day). Not suitable for those with mobility issues or buggies. FOOD & VALUE: ★★★★☆ The main buffet had good variety, including vegan options. You must get your own drinks, as staff don't serve them. The spa and trips were good value. The kids' team, however, only engaged with outgoing guests and didn't encourage our shy teens. Shopping Tip: Nearby towns are expensive. For better prices and authentic goods, take a short taxi/bus ride to Fethiye. Final Thought We liked the hotel for the amazing rooms and food. However, the closed waterpark, steps, and broken lift mean we rate it 4 stars, not 5. Book only if you're prepared for the hills and confirm the waterpark is open."
