This 2023 totally renovated one-bedroom St. Andrews Common Villa in Palmetto Dunes Plantation would be perfect for a couple's or family getaway! Enjoy 7 miles of sandy white shoreline accessible at the Disney Resort Parking; the St. Andrews pool complex with expansive decking across; and Shelter Cove Marina that host shopping, dining and live entertainment. The beach within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove Marina can be accessed within minutes by vehicle, five minutes by bike, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a seasonal, on-call shuttle service located within the resort. Guests may drive 1.6 miles and park at the Disney Resort where shoreside bathrooms are available.

The bright, airy villa offers a sunken Living Room featuring an oversized sofa (converts to a King Sleeper), love seat and lounging chair to enjoy the 55' television. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops with a kitchen bar that seats four In addition, the dining room table that seats 6 or dine Al fresco on the private patio table. The fully stocked kitchen allows for elaborate meal preparation with all the comforts of home! The half bath is located off the main living area. The laundry room is just off the master suite. The tropical grounds of St Andrews Common boast easy access to the pool just across from the villa, bike racks for your convenience, and a quiet neighborhood with southern charm.

Completing this single-level , first floor villa is the primary bedroom with its king bed, 42" TV, and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of a separate vanity from the water closet featuring an oversized shower/tub combination.

Two high and two low beach chairs and four beach towels are provided for your beach convenience. Umbrellas and and additional chairs can be rented from the beach life guards.

This property was a great place to stay. It had all the amenities: swimming pool, Pickleball courts, a shuttle provided to and from the beach along with any of your shopping needs. It was amazing. The people were friendly. I’ll definitely come back.

My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at St. Andrews Common in Palmetto Dunes. We were greeted inside the condo with lights on, music playing, and sweet scents. It was so welcoming. The condo was exceptionally clean and there was an abundant amount of supplies available. The location being mid island was perfect and the beach was easily accessible. I highly recommend this condo. It will not disappoint! 5 stars!

Our stay from March 4-25 2024 was absolutely perfect! The condo was well stocked with cleaning supplies and ice! All the appliances were clean and in great order. We loved the convenience of the location. The bed was super comfortable. The little patio was nice for coffee in the morning. The pool was at our back door. The neighbors were very friendly and nice. I loved seeing their dogs! Meredith, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and responded immediately to any questions or slight problems we may have encountered. Great place!

This condo was simply beautiful with all the amenities that we needed to make our stay very comfortable! Wonderful kitchen, laundry room, and the bedroom and living area were great. We enjoyed going to the beach for walks, renting & riding a tandem bike, and walking along the many paths available. Meredith, our host, was fabulous and took care of our every need.
