"The staff were absolutely lovely"

"Perfect place to stay. Countryside location in between Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortably equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"Gorgeous building with interesting historical links and facts. Breakfast was nice, if a little pricey"

"Good sized room and bathroom. No safe in the room and on the second morning, housekeeping didn't shut the door properly so anyone could have just wandered in. I'd booked room only so can't comment on breakfast. A pleasant stay, however and location is perfect."

"Breakfast was good. Room was good and bathroom excellent."

"Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time."

"Lovely spacious room, easy parking, excellent breakfast, helpful staff and nice pub!"

"Very nice hotel, the room was small but comfortable. Restaurant and bar areas were great with a fantastic beer garden near the river."

"Really nice stay. Really good sized room, lovely dinner and nice breakfast. Staff were great too and it was very dog friendly."

"Only had one night here, but was impressed with how friendly and accommodating the owner and staff were, and the quality of the food. Parking very convenient, nice location in the Cotswolds, perfect for what was needed."

"Food and staff both excellent as always."

"Great traditional hotel with incredible staff and a fantastic breakfast!"

"Fantastic one night stop over at the Eckington Manor. Excellent service from the staff, lovely room, delicious dinner."

"A lot of thought has been put into making this a most comfortable stay."

"Nice and quiet, always have a good night sleep at the Bankhouse. Really enjoy the pool, sauna, and food too ☺️"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel area was dated and rough round the edges but clean. My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl. Over all, for the location it was good value for money."

"Lovely staff great location would highly recommend a stay."

"Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast"

"Great location with parking and choice of restaurants on site."

"Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation."
