Comfortable, clean and quiet. All the amenities were nice. Only dissapointment was the coffee pot was empty when we checked out.

Outdated Holiday Inn, pictures were a bit deceiving. Paint was peeled off in the restroom in multiple areas. Woke up to a bug on the toilet paper roll one morning. Breakfast was mediocre not a very good selection compared to other Holiday Inns we've stayed at. The hotel and room also had a weird smell luckily we took air freshener.

The only thing negative i can say is that there was not enough handicapped parking in front, and the back handicapped parking was very tight. This hotel was close to the walkable downtown, and not far from Mt. Rushmore, and Crazy Horse monuments. Lots of ammenities, good breakfast, excellent staff. Ine night, a woman needed a blanket to go to the nightly Mt. Rushmore ceremony, and the lady at the front desk found one for her.

The hotel itself is great. Clean, comfortable and had good parking. We were traveling with a trailer and were able to park comfortably and feel confident that no one would try to break into our car. The only thing to keep in mind here is that restaurants around here and very few and very spread out. The ones that are close by close early so if you’re checking in late, stop by a McDonald’s or Pizza place if they’re open to have something to eat

I was on your website I plugged in Rapid City and I discovered I am an hour away. This is not close to what I expected you need to find a better way to let customers know how far away from where they are expected to stay an hour away is not acceptable. I will be doing my travel plans with a different resource

The Holiday Inn at Hill City is a really comfortable and nice motel. I've stayed here in the past and it is always a great place to relax. The bed is so comfortable it was difficult to get up and check out in time. Wifi is great, they have a swimming pool, and the free breakfast is also welcome. Staff is friendly and efficient. In summer, it is a bit pricey, but well worth it.

The setting/surrounding community for the hotel was so charming, The hotel was clean, had many extras (pool, workout room, onsite laundry), and the every one of the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We were very pleased with our stay here.
