"The room was lovely. When we arrived, and on other occasions, reception was unstaffed with no bell or other mechanism to reduce the 15 minute wait for a key and room allocation. Parking was exceptionally good. The building is characterless but clean and functional. The door fitted poorly and was rigged with an alarm if left open for more than 10 seconds, which was a bother. There is a gym which is very small but well equipped and clean with newish equipment. The overall feeling is of a place in need of a face-lift, including the decaying entry decking, however we had a great night's sleep on the comfy mattress in the generous room."

"The staff wew amazing. My room was lovely with it's own balcony although a small note. If staying with small dogs they can get through the storm drainage. The walks from the grounds were fantastic. I would definitely stay again with or without my dogs."
