"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. Breakfast is included and the spread is decent. Onsen is the best feature of this hotel; my husband and son went every night. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍"
