We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional."

"You need to get the keys from the pub next door, I don’t think I saw any staff in the hotel It’s noisy when people are coming into the hotel at night, so not the most restful night sleep, but well priced if you just need somewhere to sleep after a night out"
