To much level difference in our two room(1 run down 2 new same price) To slow to clear up pool area ( used towels and empty beer bottles sitting around for long time) Staff was sitting and drinking among the guests

Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa
I was a bit disappointed. I stayed for three days and no one came to clean. When I asked the front desk, they told me there was an extra charge, which surprised me.
