Things to See on the Fraser Coast

Catch the boat over to Fraser Island, where you can discover vast uninterrupted sandy beaches or hang out on the shores of Lake Wabby. Visit the original site of Maryborough, known as Wide Bay Village or enjoy a picnic at the Queens Park waterfall. The port of Maryborough contains the remnants of the original wharf, when this was the spot people entered Australia for the first time and mining goods departed around the world.
