C'est un établissement calme tenu par une familles super. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes et draps sont changés tout les 2 jours. On peut prendre le petit-déjeuner le déjeuner et le dîner au restaurant de l'établissement Pour ceux qui ne loue pas de voitures il y a un arrêt de bus et de taxis à proximité.

J'ai séjourné 10 jours dans l'établissement avec mes 2 enfants, le ménage a été fait tout les jours. On nous à régulièrement changer nos serviettes de toilettes et changé nos draps. Tout les matins l'extérieur est nettoyer et ranger au niveaux de la piscines. Les points encore plus positifs,la sécurité,le calme de l'établissement tenu par une famille très chaleureuse et notre appartement était super bien située très joliment fleuris .

Nous étions déjà venus en 2015. Rien ou presque n'a changé, sinon le cuisinier. L'equipement dans la location reste sommaire mais Rena et son equipe sont toujours aux petits soins. Non vraiment, niveau qualité-prix, c'est très bien.

nous avons bien aimez l'hotel a l'exterieur avec sa piscine et bien situe.tres bien entretenu.et personnel tres acceuillant .mais au niveau amenagement ;plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas ,donc on pouvait pas cuissiner;des tiroirs casses;des matelas taches sans housse ;et la manque de propretes;poubelle vider pas tous les jours;sol nettoyez a la va vite;des oeufs d'arreignes sous les lits;et manque de regle par rapport aux locataires tres bruillants a 3 heures du matin qui parlait forts aux bar de l'hotel.

L'espace de détente piscine offrant le confort et la détente prés du bar. La présence et la réactivité des accueillants. L'arrét de bus proche. La plage à 1 km environ. Distancé de la voie rapide bruyante Excellente base économique de départ pour rayonner dans la région d'héraklion

Bon séjour, personnel très agréable. Seul hic Expédia n'avait pas validé notre réservation. Heureusement que les personnes gérant l'hôtel étaient très sympathique...
