I had the most wonderful stay with Knossos Beach! It was end of season, and I knew that, but the hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful even though they must be exhausted from a long tourist season. Everyone was so genuinely friendly, and especially the women working in the buffet were the best part of every day--they made every moment extra special and I truly hope to return for another stay where I can see them again. I always love travelling to Greece, but this stay was especially enjoyable. Ευχαριστω παρα πολυ!

My husband and I spent 4 nights for our honeymoon at Knossos. We were surprised with an amazing room upgrade to a sea facing room with a pool, which was so incredible. The food was great, both at buffet and the a la carte restaurants, and every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they just want you to have a great time. Highly recommend.

The hotel restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the front desk girls staff were not very welcoming, and some information and arrangements were not handled properly. For example, we received a card for a complimentary cocktail at 6 PM, even though they knew we had a 6 AM early checkout the next morning. If you enjoy a resort-style hotel where you can relax on the property, this is a good choice. However, there isn’t much within walking distance, so it’s not ideal if you want nearby shops, restaurants, or attractions. Overall, a nice resort with fantastic restaurant and housekeeping staff, but the girls at front desk experience could definitely be improved.
