"Staff could not have been more attentive and nothing was too much to ask for. Didn't think service like that still existed, it was truly amazing the amount of effort put in by them to make our stay a really great experience. Food was excellent, the room was spotless. "Lovely staff. Property is in the process of being renovated. We stayed in the older section but it was fine. It’s a straight 10-15 minute walk to central Canterbury. I would stay again. Rooms were so much larger than in London."
