"Lovely location on the river. Upstairs rooms have great view right over the River. Nice 10 minute walk along the River & park into Ouray for restaurants & shopping. Lots of hiking trails right from the Inn. Great office staff, nice breakfast, great hot tub! Only thing that would have helped would be firmer pillows and newer drapes to block the light from the front area more easily. Loved our stay!"

"This family run operation was spectacular. Jeremy who checked us in, was extremely helpful and very kind. The cleaning crew were a well oiled machine and had the same friendly and welcoming attitude as well. The grounds were immaculate and they were constantly cleaning the grounds and beautifying it with baskets of colorful flowers. Everyone worked as a team, whether it was the owner, manager, or help staff. They were available and always ready to answer our questions about the beautiful town of Ouray, whether it was about restaurants, shops, outdoor adventures like hiking or the via feratta. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Ouray. The rooms were quant, comfortable, and decorated tastefully with pictures of Ouray, making the room feel like an extension of this lovely town and its lovely people. "

"I can find absolutely nothing bad to say. Wonderful overnight. High end. Great pillows. Linens white and crisp.Lovely shower curtain. Soap and shampoo dispensers. Thick large towels . Hot tube with extra fluffy beach towels. Garden beautiful. Hanging flowers everywhere with a riot of color. The river runs right off the garden area with unique benches facing the water. And an additional perk if you have dogs a dog park right next to the property."

"Quaint inn where we were greeted with a friendly and professional staff in a very nice office. Free sit down breakfast included at a nearby restaurant which was a nice surprise! We were able to get a king suite with two separate bedrooms-a must have for my husband and me travelling with my mom and stepdad. Would definitely stay again"
