The common area is comfortable and the breakfast is well-stocked. Depot Avenue is position A in downtown Telluride! We were a block from the gondola, and only blocks from everything in town. The house was functional with a great layout for a group of people. Multiple floors of bedrooms, and the main floor kitchen, dining, and living room worked well for us. The house itself was in only OK shape. The whirlpool tub did not function correctly (heated but no working jets-unable to fix) the main floor bath shower drain did not drain well-unable to be fixed. Several (3) dining chairs had loose or broken legs-I tightened those that could be fixed. The gas grill had no propane when we arrived, and had to call for replacement. We got to meet the other guests and make new friends. The lodge also provided a complementary breakfast in the communal kitchen/living room which really helped you meet the other guests and the hosts that served the breakfast were a lovely and a great source of information since they were all locals. The hot tub was awesome too. There is a fabulous heated community pool that was a 10 minute walk so we didn't miss having a pool on property. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Scott C.
