My husband and I had a wonderful stay here in October. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again. The parking in front of the hotel was a nice bonus !

Great hotel. Heraklion isn’t the nicest city for tourists, but the hotel is excellent. Everything was in great shape, spotlessly clean and the service was great. More of a business hotel than a tourist location, but the standards are high. Breakfast was excellent too. All staff were really helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and the room spacious and very clean. But both bathrobes were missing the belts and the room service was very slow. We ordered a drink to deliver to the room and it took 1,5 hours until we got it.

Clean hotel on the water n the outskirts of the city center with fortress views. Parking is small but available if you have a rental. Great included breakfast. Room was clean but small-plenty big for a transit hotel as we used it for. Nice rooftop pool area we didn’t use but checked out. Walkable to tons of restaurants nearby and the fortress. Would come back again! No complaints.

Excellent! This hotel is well managed and worth staying at. It is clean from top to bottom. All common areas are brightly lit. The location to the cruise port, to shopping and to restaurantsI is within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel with rooftop bar and gym, rooms are clean and spacious. Easy check in, staff were very friendly. Close to shops and restaurants . Located right across the street from the Heraklion port . I would definitely go back and strongly recommend this hotel.
