Heddon-on-the-Wall Holidays from £135

The staff was amazing at Citysteps. They were helpful, polite, and welcoming at all hours. They kept the place clean and organized. I really appreciated the market for late night snacks. The only hard part was the bed. It could have been more confortable.

The only downfall to our stay was the early morning delivery of food etc with the lorries outside our room. but this would not stop me from staying here again but I would request a different location of room .

Clean,spacious and great location. Opposite a main road but noise was at a minimum.

I enjoyed my stay here. Check in was good with very helpful staff. Room was comfortable, free WiFi excellent. Didn't have ensuite but actually the toilet and showers were clean and well stocked. There was a large sink in the room for washing ect. They are clearly cleaned regularly by the staff. No kettle in the room but there is a kitchen with all cooking facilities and fridges you can use. Also breakfast cereals with milk and toast are available free which I didn't notice when I booked. Free parking and many foreign restaurants and supermarkets and takeaway available. 20 minutes walk into town . I would not hesitate coming back here. If you can manage a few noises from the stairs and road noises late at night then you'll be fine.
