This fabulous property boasts 3 bathrooms, including a bathtub for a nice soak after a day of exploring. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Heber Springs and our house has to offer. This home is fully equipped with everything from a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and outdoor cooking. This property has private access to the Little Red River just around the corner, where you can enjoy fishing or just a lazy day of relaxing. Barnetts Public Access on the Little Red River is less than a mile away for those with boats or kayaks, and Dam Site Marina is less than 10 min away at beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. Enjoy dinner at Cafe Klasers, which is a couple of minutes drive from the property. This area is a hikers paradise, with many trails within a few miles. while your here, enjoy the Sugarloaf Mountain trails, as well as Bridal Vail Falls.
