Seal on shower door was loose, so the floor out side of shower door was completely flooded when I finished showering. Towels were old with a couple holes, so requested to replace them, but the replacement was same. Buffet breakfast was great."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Halo House. The location is great which is within walking distance of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. The room is nicely set up and has a full wall window which I love. When I wanted to travel to another town for a visit, the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. They helped me to do research and call for a car service. I will definitely come back again."
