We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Taichung. It’s a beautiful and well kept property with friendly staff and a wide range of facilities. Perfect for a short getaway from the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hot spring pool in the bathroom was a nice touch and allowed us to enjoy hot spring in private. What I like about the hotel is that it is very family friendly. Most of the hot springs and pools are open to kids. There’s also an indoor play area for kids. We had dinner and breakfast at the buffet style restaurant. The variety was great but the taste was just average. The photos from the hotel appear to be out of date. The actual condition of the hotel is not as optimal as it looks on the pictures. There are not enough power outputs in the room to charge devices, the bathtubs are sort of clean but things are breaking due to poor maintenance. The wooden spoon for the bathtub was cracked, the water drainer or stopper was not properly attached to the chain which made it difficult to drain the water. Small things like that which could be improved. Nevertheless, the experience was acceptable if you visit with the family and are thinking about enjoying the buffets and other services offered in the hotel.
