"The location was ideal! There were a couple of weird things that happened that put a negative spin on our stay: 1) We were "upgraded" to a "city view" on the top floor. The top floor was actually like an attic and the windows were small and very high. So we had no view other than sky and it was dark. 2) There was a periodic buzzing from the AC. I asked the staff to check it out and they basically told me it was in my head. 3) They gave us coupons for a "cocktail in the bar" in exchange for not utilizing housekeeping one of the days. It turned out that it was only for wine and beer. When I complained they doubled down and told me it was in the fine print and I should have read it. All of that is to say - I would probably stay there again, but I would not get pressured into a room on the 7th floor with no windows, nor would I give up housekeeping for a drink. Caveat emptor."

"This is by far our favorite stay of our Europe trip! The rooms are spacious, the staff is lovely, the rooftop is beautiful, and we felt so comfortable and welcomed. Cannot recommend enough! That location was great with easy access to transportation. Great food and tourist attractions are all steps away!"

"Quirky hotel right across the road from Vienna's main train station, a short walk from the Belvedere palace. The rooms were clean and functional despite (because of?) the "moon" design and theming. The vegetarian breakfast buffet was wonderful."

"Spectacular hotel. Very spacious and cool looking rooms. Had a mini fridge and great amenities with gym. Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey but very good and many options from local favorites to non local."

"This is a good decent Hotel. Comfortable bed and quiet rooms, buy not particularly cozy. A little bit strange with the shower in the middle of the room and not close to the toilet. I don’t understand the point of that. The best is the rooftop bar with the breakfast and the pool and the view, although the breakfast is very expansive."
