"Room was clean, place is definitely dated. Workers were nice but it advertised that you could get discounts for Shedd aquarium tickets and they told us no. That was a slight bummer. The bed was really uncomfortable. I’m usually not too picky about the beds my shoulders and neck have been in pain since the first night and I’m only 23 haha."

"The location is fantastic. Very accessible to the CTA, the Riverwalk, and on the magnificent mile. The rooms were quiet and the beds super comfortable. I particularly liked the large bathroom with counter space and the rain shower."
