Wait for it ....
I have given a bad review, more because of the situation when we arrived, rather than what you can expect in the future.
We booked a Hampton Inn and first of all couldn't find it. We went up to the Holiday Inn Express only to find out they had changed the signs and it was the last day for Hampton Inn.
They were renovating the lobby which was a complete disaster and that was also the location of the breakfast in the morning.
The room was fine, breakfast was decent and I am sure it will be fine once renovated.
It looks like they are renovating the entire hotel so as I said "Wait for it". I would not recommend it now.
