Pros: Close to higway.
Cons: Update bathrooms, improve water pressure.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby.
This is a basic, older hotel. Needs updating. The lobby area is fine, but the rooms and especially bathrooms seem old and dated. Very low water pressure.

Expected more in a higher end hotel.

Upgraded my usual hotel stay, turned out not being worth the extra money. Very thin walls, could hear conversations in hallway. Heater was very loud, and never shut off, tried unplugging, but could hear the one in the next room. Worst was, guest taking a shower in the room above, later at night, sounded like a pipe had burst in my bathroom, and water was pouring in, and lasted for twenty plus minutes. Desk clerk was a little snippy, when I checked in, I'm a bit hard of hearing. Different desk clerk when I checked out, was very professional. The room was top shelf, especially the bathroom. I guess it's back to the Motel 6, my next stay.

ALWAYS DEPENDABLE

Posted 20-Nov-2016
Pros: Convenient location right off I91. Well maintained facilities.
Cons:
We stay there once a year while doing the Wethersfield Antique Show and the hotel's staff and facilities are superior in every way. Comfortable rooms and always given options for room location. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and the hotel is good for a quiet night's sleep. Highly recommended.

Comfy Beds and HBO!

Posted 14-Nov-2016
Pros: Room was nice and bed was wonderful. The staff all had smiles and were very helpful!
Cons: Could have used larger and newer towels and would have preferred glass glasses vs. paper and plastic.
Location: Location was great.

Pros: Very comfortable .
Location: we were there to visit with friends who live in Rocky Hill....so we didn't check anything else.
Although we didn't spend a loy of time thre, it was very pleasant. Carolyn (at the front desk) was very professional and sweet.

Weekend in Rocky Hill

Posted 25-Oct-2016
Location: Dinosaur State Park, shopping & dining, walking and hiking
I spent two night in this hotel. I had a first floor room. There were tables outside for smokers so sometimes I overheard murmurs of conversation. My room was clean and neat. I had a small closet to hang my dress and jacket which I had to wear for a conference presentation. The bathroom was clean and neat. The bar was helpful in getting in and out of the tub. There was plenty of hot water which was very nice. I had a micro, coffee maker, and fridge; these were very convenient. You must request the fridge and micro, but it is worth it. I also enjoyed the breakfast; the public dining area was very, very nice -- spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. Breakfast was plentiful but not elaborate; the usual continental breakfast. I had coffee, juice, and English muffin with jelly. I took raisin bran for a snack later on. The hotel was easy to locate off of Interstate I-91 N. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I also used the computer station for some searching. The complimentary WiFi worked well and I was able to finish my work. My room was quiet so I was able to rest. The heat worked when the temperature dropped so I was warm and cozy. I had a very pleasant stay and a wonderful conference.
