"Would highly recommend!!! Our visit was for a family of 6 (across 3 generations) and all adored a peaceful relaxing week at this incredible home. There was something for everyone, from learning about Winnie the Pooh to long strolls through the Ashdown forest. The pool was gorgeous, warm, a perfect size and a lovely little oasis for everyone. "This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "
