"Having reserved a "suite", I had no idea of the actual size until I got there. Much roomier than other "suites" I had stayed in. It was quite clean and comfortable. Very thankful they had their own secure parking garage, too. The staff attended to our every need promptly. The complimentary breakfast offered most all the same stuff others do, however, this one was better cooked and tastier than the others. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Jacuzzi was broken.. pool was icy cold. My bathroom was dirty bed sheets and blankets did not smell fresh. Xtra fees.. that was not mentioned until I purchased room.. they charge for breakfast and parking.. I know i was late going to breakfast i got there around 955am .. lady sd sorry no more breakfast told her that's fine can I get sum apple juice.. she gives me a cup i ask for another cup to take upstairs since I payed for breakfast that I didn't attend. She gives me a small amount of juice.. I'm like wow and walked away. If its like that over juice it will b my last time booking with them"

"Very close to the Airport. If you attend an event at the Allstate Arena it is the perfect place, you can park at the hotel and it is an easy walk next door. Good breakfast, quiet even though airplanes fly right over. I would recommend."

The water smelt strange. Over all the staff was fine, but the whole place was very worn. The lobby smelt of mildew."
