"Room wasn’t clean only beds were made but there was food on the floor and stains on carpet and garbage left from previous person. Also all night long we heard alarm clock from room next to us. Also we were told different price for parking from different staff members."

Our room was spacious and clean, although our door didn't latch properly and we didn't know it had been left open until we returned from an event at 10 p.m. that evening. The Wi-Fi also appeared to be down, which was unfortunate as it was $9.95 per day to use. Restaurant on-site was high-quality and hotel staff were all incredibly friendly."

"Wish there was a hotel-sponsored breakfast; that's pretty much the expectation nowadays. From this and other stays, I regard Sonesta O'Hare as a very fine property and a good dollar value. However, it does need to improve the design of its airport shuttle service."
