"I was awakened early by drilling right under my bed. I understand construction, but the noice in a hotel especially jack hammering shouldn’t start until after 10AM as some guests don’t get in until late and being that it is an airport hotel jet lagged."

"I use this hotel almost every week, my boss booked the room every time because I stay for business purposes and they always give me the tickets for breakfast, this last time the lady on front desk didn’t gave me the red card for the breakfast, I asked for the red card and she said is not included then I told her it’s ok so let me pay for and she with a rude attitude told me she can’t collect any payment because restaurant is different from hotel, then y pointed and told her those red cards in her desk next to her screen monitor why are there ? And she still with rude attitude told me she can’t. This is my first time going through this in this hotel, I was just tired from work and want to rest. I believe she needs more training with customer service, she just need to see our record and verify the information about our history as a guest. I can provide my boss information and they will see"

"In the front never gave me information about anything if you don’t ask they don’t say anything"

"I totally love this hotel, is 5 min drive to O’hare airport and they provide the shuttle service to and from the hotel. Staff is always nice, they have a restaurant and small coffee shop very convenient. "
