This hotel is in a great location, near to the tube. We found it to be quiet, even though it is next door to a police station. The room was clean, although a bit dated but the service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you & were very friendly. We even found some locals to be friendly, too.

Magnificent old building and excellent value for money and view of the fact that it was in the London area. Young Barman, I think his name was Tom, incredibly welcoming and friendly

We visited friends in Harrow so this property was perfect for us in terms of location. Property was very clean and modern. Digital door locks a little awkward. However ok after one or two attempts.

Great staff at reception and made checking in and out very easy and smooth. Very nice and modern building with great links for transport.

I was working in the area, had eaten elsewhere and just wanted to check my emails, a clean comfortable bed and breakfast and that is exactly what I got.

Friendly staff

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Great service and super clean

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Overall very good value for money

Charming hotel, attentive service, very comfortable room and bed. Would stay there again and would definitely recommend
