“Year-Round Adventure Awaits – Ski, Golf & Relax in Harbor Springs!”

  • This comfortable, beautifully decorated home is nestled in an area next to the Boyne Highlands Golf Courses including The Heather by Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills, Donald Ross and the Moor and just ten minutes from scenic downtown Harbor Springs. It has central air with 4 comfortable bedrooms and two full baths. The open floor plan on the main level includes a new kitchen, hearth room, vaulted living room/dining room. Downstairs is a family room with a large screen TV and game table. Also downstairs is a large bedroom with two queen beds.

    Great for kids and teens! Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, with a queen beds. The large bathroom upstairs has heated marble floors and a jetted tub/shower combo. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and is adjacent to a new bath finished in interesting (and heated) stone. High speed wifi and cable tv included.

    This is the perfect home for golf outings or exploring with family or friends.
    View the western shore of Lake Michigan as you drive through the Tunnel of Trees on the M119 Heritage Route from Harbor Springs to Cross Village. The route is a favorite of Northern Michigan visitors because of its rolling terrain, stunning vistas, and dramatic turns and curves.
    25 minutes to the Mackinaw Bridge and ferries to Mackinaw Island where you can walk the world's longest porch 660' long at the Grand Hotel. 15 minutes to downtown Petoskey & Bay Harbor.

Perfect location for skiing!

The property is located between The Highlands and Nub's Nob making it an ideal cabin for a ski week. The layout, fireplace, kitchen, and comfortable beds all made for a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was in excellent condition. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful House!

I stayed for a work conference that was held at The Highlands. It was extremely close, but offered a nice get away from the conference as well. The heated floors, beautiful kitchen and decor, and comfortable beds all made for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend the house to anyone!

Skiing vacation

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Family of 7. Great house. The bathroom heated floors are so nice! Perfect location between Nubs and Highlands. Will stay here again!

Extended family ski trip

The cottage was super cozy, clean and perfect location. Wonderful communication with owners during our stay. My family and I could have not been more happy and we look forward to renting again at this property. The bathrooms were updated nicely and heated floors were a very nice touch.We all enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and kitchen area in the evenings playing games. Wonderful stay!!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, check-in was a breeze. We did have a slight problem with the keypad, not working, I called the owners and they were able to do a remote unlock. We were only there for a couple days. Wish we could’ve stayed a little longer.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our two families! We had 4 adults and 3 kids age 8-10. The location for Nubs and Highlands was perfect! We skied from 10-9 every single night! The home was beautiful! Our favorite was the heated bathroom floors! They were magical! The hosts were fantastic! We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Rustic & comfortable - queen beds a perk!

The 8 of us (all adults/men & women) had a terrific stay at this property. It's perfectly located, comfortable, easily accessible, and plenty big for a group stay! This was one of the few available properties in the Harbor Springs area with Queen beds all around - a super perk! Please note that it is a rustic stay and could use some updating - for example: chair cushions were worn, towels were on the older/very used side, beds were a little wonky in structure - upon our arrival. We did experience ants in the kitchen, but this wasn't too big of a surprise given the summer climate. Overall, our group gave it a 7/10 - perfectly suitable for our stay Up North over the 4th! We would stay again. Thanks Mark and Cindy!

Great stay!

We loved everything about this house. The location was ideal, a quick 3 minute drive to Nubs, and the house itself was perfect. Lots of space to hang out in, a living room on the main floor and a rec room downstairs. Plus a little nook by the fireplace so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Cindy, the host, was fantastic to work with, very responsive and the checkin check out process was so easy. Every detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable. One night it snowed and when we got up in the monring had a hard time getting out of the drive and the neighborhood. We were concerned that when we got back from skiing we would need to shovel the drive so we could get up it. Much to our surprise the drive was plowed when we returned! We have been coming to Nubs for 10 years and always stayed in the same condo. However, after staying here we have found our new place to stay when we come up north!

We are a family of six and did food prep and cooking more than the average renter. The Kitchen is well laid out and functional. It is stocked with the right utensils and not any extra mismatch items that clutter the countertop and cupboards. We used the outdoor gas grill on the deck that was clean and ready to go. We ate at both the outdoor table on the deck and also inside.It is clear that Cindy has put a lot of thought into what is needed for a short family stay.A lot of things to do in the area and a relaxing cabin to return to.
