Staff at front desk didn't seem very knowledgeable and had to make calls for things like upgrading or moving to a different room, late check out etc. TV in our suite was located so that you were unable to view from the pull down bed. "A little gem tucked down the road (119) from Harbor Springs. We loved the casual atmosphere of the hotel and the restaurant was to die for. "Only glitch was the packet had a different code. But we found a different one. Every thoroughly enjoyed the beach, hiking trails and the thirteen year old loved the skate park in Harbor Springs. The house had plenty of room which gave 3 generations space to be alone and together"
