They never vacuumed, so there was residual sand all over the floors in our room, hand soap that dripped on the bathroom sink our first night there and was never cleaned up by housekeeping. Also, our room was never restocked with waters and coffee as stated it would be all 4 days. The two public pools were on the smaller side, nicely heated but very crowded . The service to order drinks on the beach took 30+ minutes, it’s much faster to walk all the way to the bar yourself. Next time we will stick to flying to all inclusive resorts out of country, we always have much better experiences with that choice. For the price we paid , we would’ve had a much better experience elsewhere . Upon arrival late at night, we decided not to stay due to safety concerns. The elevator malfunctioned twice while we were exiting, and on one occasion it closed on my arm, causing a bruise. Additionally, the unit only has one lock on the main door, and there is a random door in the kitchen that leads directly to the main hallway, which made us feel uncomfortable. Because of these issues, and other little things, we left and found alternative accommodations. We have reached out to the company about a refund but have not yet received a resolution. I would recommend that future guests be aware of these safety concerns before booking."
