"Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the maintenance people. One of our rooms had a medical emergency and the staff was so kind and compassionate towards us. The hotel is also around so many stores. Very safe and walkable area. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. "

Our flight ended up being moved and we got in much earlier in the day than planned and the lady at the desk was amazing and got us checked into a room hours early. It was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, staff friendly, hotel and amenities nice. We enjoyed the roof top pool. And they had a third party travel group desk in the lobby where people were available in the morning and evening but also by QR code or phone to book super affordable transportation to and from the cruise port. Their drivers and representatives were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel as a stop over fore a cruise. "
