Property's description didn't match physical appearance. Infact i didn't check in at all after inspection.

It rather unfortunate to have a comment from someone who did not set a foot on our premises. Albert was booked twice on our property and he never set his foot on our premises, and as such this is just a malicious comment on his part. We have enjoyed a host of guests accross across the world and we dont misrepresent what we offer, we have in this business for the last 7 solid years giving ultimate experience to our guests.

the place was very Safe, Quite and pleasant, the Staff Mrs Phiri was courteous ,very kind, Cheerfull lady and helpful. Rooms where clean. Good Leisure, we really feel at Home.

The environment is well maintained and quiet but the breakfast service which was given as an option at an extra fee was not available which was a dissapointed. The shower was not hot which also needs attention.

Thank you Emilia for being our 1st guest on Expedia. Your comments are very valuable. Hot water is now available subject to power availability. We are running our premises on solar as we only experience few hours of electricity making it difficult to heat our gysers.
