  • Cozy attic apartment for short or longer stays in the community. Rental is only to non-smokers. Contractors are welcome. Check-in is possible either personally or flexibly via a code. Enjoy nature close by—fields and the Harz mountains are within easy reach. Hildesheim, Peine, Hanover, and Braunschweig are quickly accessible by car. The Hannover trade fair is about 30 minutes away. Individuality and sustainability were emphasized in the furnishings. Day trips to the Harz are possible. Please note: Ceiling height is 2 m (structurally unavoidable). Pets are not allowed due to previous experiences. For your entertainment, each bedroom has a TV (2 in total). A refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave are available. A washing machine is also provided. The nearest shops are about 1 km away. Towels are included. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
