"No reflection on the host—-The hvac was unusually noisy when the heat kicked on and off and kept waking us up on Saturday night. Not sure if the unit needs servicing for winter?Beautifully decorated! The master bedroom art gave us a giggle and smile every morning.Enjoyed our stay and thankful the Nor’easter stayed further North on the coast."

"The home was beautiful and exactly as described. There are plenty of accessories and gadgets in the kitchen to make meals at home which was a great surprise. We were able to sit on the balconies and watch dolphins every day. The location was great. It is not walkable to downtown Swansboro, but it was a quick drive or a cheap Uber away. The hosts were quick to respond to all questions. We can’t wait to return."

"If you’re looking for a cozy cottage to relax and/or go fishing, this is the place!It is clean, pet friendly and has everything you need for a trip away from home.The beds are so comfortable and the shower is great.Jon is great at answering any questions you have. I have been twice and going back again as soon as I can. You won’t be disappointed.You’ll love it!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property, despite the unfortunate hurricane weather that sadly cut our vacation short! The location is fantastic, and we really appreciated all the extras provided, including beach chairs, a wagon, bikes, and an umbrella. Those little touches made our stay even more enjoyable!The home is beautifully decorated, very welcoming, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and feel right at home.There are a few areas that could definitely use some attention. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced, and the sheets were very disappointing and could absolutely use an upgrade in quality and comfort. The living room couch is also showing quite a bit of wear, especially from being used as a sleeper sofa. Updating these items would make a huge difference in the overall comfort of the home.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and only wish the weather had allowed us to stay longer! With a few updates to the furniture and bedding, this property would be even better. We would certainly consider staying here again!"
