"The lighthouse stay was excellent. It was our anniversary and my wife and I had decided to stay for 2 nights. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a wonderful staff member at the front desk by the name of Dyan. She greeted us and checked us in and gave us information on what’s near by as well as the amenities at the hotel. When we went up to our room we were surprised at how they had decorated the bed which was set up with rose petals, ballon’s and small light up candles. The next day at the dinning room while we were having breakfast we were met by another staff member by the name of Diane who surprised us with a small cake that said Happy Anniversary. They even played music saying Happy Anniversary. My wife and I were so surprised at how the staff took time to make our day so special. We also got to meet the owner Jerry who took the time to congratulate us and converse while having breakfast. He was wonderful and funny. My wife and I enjoyed our time at the lighthouse and we would definitely go back. We also would recommend the lighthouse to our friends and family and anyone who is looking for a excellent place to stay."

"We stayed here for the week for our son’s wedding. All of the groomsmen were able to stay with us. The place is beautifully decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were comfortable. We were amazed that they had left us toiletries and the beds were premade. The property provided a variety of cooking items. They were so flexible with us. They provided beach chairs, boogie boards and surf boards. The ocean was crystal clear and beautiful. It is so close to everything. So convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were to quick to answer any questions that we had. An overall amazing experience."

"We had such a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Emerald Isle! The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was very well stocked, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and we loved that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. There were so many thoughtful touches, including extra blankets in the closets and even a fan for those of us who need one to sleep!The location was perfect. We walked to and from the beach every day—it was a short, easy walk and we felt very safe in the area. Having the beach wagon and chairs provided was a huge bonus and made beach days so easy. We also loved the screened-in patio and outdoor patio and were able to walk to nearby restaurants like Gaffer’s.One thing to note: although bikes are pictured in the listing photos, bikes are not currently included with the rental. There is a nearby place to rent them, though, and it was very reasonable, about 30/day or 50 for three days.The owners were wonderful and very responsive. If you’re planning a trip to Emerald Isle, this is an amazing place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
