"very happy with the cleanliness of the home! golf cart was a great amenity for getting back and forth to the beach. elevator was great for getting large luggage and coolers into the home. the pool was just another added bonus. property manager was quick in response to the grill propane tank being low. 10/10 recommend!"
"Great location - easy access to the beach and the pools. Clean and had most everything we needed. It worked well for our family's needs. I would recommend a little bit of a refresh because it did seem well loved. The bathtubs were slow to drain and the dishwasher ran for hours (we did let the property management company know). We would have given it a 4.5, but the location and property amenities pushed it to the 5 category. All in all, we would stay here again!"
"This house is tucked into some trees and fairly private from the main road. The lot next door is currently being prepared for new construction, but the noise was minimal during our stay. The porch was our favorite hang out spot in the evening. We even got to see deer. The firepit was unusable our trip due flooding after a recent hurricane. The golf cart was a life saver for getting to the beach. However, it should be noted that there is no legal way to take the golf cart out of the neighborhood which is off Coast Guard Road. The new kitchen in this house was great! It was well stocked and clean. The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of provided bath towels, washcloths and kitchen towels. The shower water pressure was great and never ran out of hot water. There is a pet fee $250 which was not listed in property details. Overall, my family had a great week and the rental company was very pleasant."
