Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. We catch flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The location is amazing! Steps from the water. Our home is on a busy road so there will be some road noise, we proved sound machines if needed. Small Fishing Cottage, two bedrooms, one bathroom. Great location if you like the water. Once you enter the home and especially the backyard you feel like you are in total peace. All rooms have smart tvs, that have Netflix, Disney, and Hulu already installed and ready to use. Full size kitchen with all the cooking utensils and pans you would have in your own home to cook that family meal or to prepare the fish you catch from the backyard. The entire home is for your enjoyment. You only have one neighbor next to you, I own that home as well and it is a short term rental. There is a large 8-9 foot privacy fence that separates the back yards so you won\`t even see the neighbors. If you like the water, or need to relax, then this is the place for you. Please put Kayaks and paddles away after use and please tie them up. My oldest son had fun catching shrimp with the casting bucket though. It was such a short stay, but we enjoyed the extras that were offered. The coffee bar was a nice touch too. Just walk out the back door and fish right off the deck. I caught pinfish, spots, a bluefish, a puffer and a half a dozen puppy drum and black drum. It was easy to get to the beaches and also inland. There are a couple great seafood places very close by which made causal dining easy. The cottage was decorated well and had all the essentials. I loved being right on the water. The view especially at sunrise and sunset was gorgeous. I wish I could attach pictures of how beautiful it was. I really loved being able to go out on the water so the kayaks were a huge bonus! ##### Mary R. Only complaint was that the main bathroom light turns itself off after just a couple minutes. One of my children were scared due to it turning off while showering. We had a wonderful time staying at this waterfront cottage. So much thought was put into the way it was furnished and supplied--from the very comfortable bed, to the well-equipped kitchen, to the snacks on the counter. We enjoyed the view and the opportunity to kayak out to Shark Tooth Island and pick up some prehistoric souvenirs! We sent pictures to our friends and family and they assumed we were on a boat given the proximity to the water. The host was organized and made sure we had all the info we needed to have a completely worry-free stay. This was our dog's first vacation and he enjoyed it as much as we did! Any concerns we had about the busy road were mitigated by the enclosed front porch and soundproofing that kept us comfortable and our dog well contained. We will definitely be back to this area, either to this property or another one owned by the same host! ##### Vanessa D. There was everything you needed to be comfortable and the views were great. It was so much fun to watch all the little fish and crabs. Only things I would say is for the price if everything could be cleaned a little more throughly. The room off the living room was extremely hot and we could not get it to cool down, but it’s the middle of July. We also could not figure out how to turn off the bathroom light it just made it extremely hot. Only other thing is the busy road. At times it was hard to get out and you could hear the traffic in the morning. ##### Stevie B. We loved fishing off of the dock and having our morning coffee in the cozy sunroom that overlooked the waters. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond.
