This hotel was amazing she was so fast at checking us in and the breakfast was awesome for what we paid the hotel was super clean very quiet and the room was perfect the bed was so unbelievably comfortable I had the best sleep I've had in a long time I wanted to take the bed with me LOL we will definitely be staying here if we ever traveled to Hamilton again

Beds were old and worn. Paint in room looked tired and old. The hotel rooms definitely could use an update on the furniture also, the paint and decor. Also found the bar soap very small and smelled like wax. Front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

We did not know it was self service. We did not get room service for housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and had to go get toilet paper, kleenex, coffee and cups from the reception. The elevator carpet had the same dirt from when we arrived. People were leaving their garbage in the hallway. We only ever saw the receptionist and she was very pleasant. Breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from.

The location is convenient and the staff were kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. However, the hotel itself feels quite dated, and the included breakfast was extremely disappointing in terms of quality and compared to other hotels in the area that we have stayed at.
