Ideal for flights arriving late when onward travel is tricky and you just need somewhere to stop over, or if you have an early flight and want to board rested and fresh. Check in was via web browser, the secure link arrived via whatsapp 24 hours before arrival. It’s fiddly the first time, but if I used this brand of hotel again I’d know what to expect. Access to the hotel is direct from the South Terminal once you’ve cleared customs. It couldn’t be easier."

"Best hotel in the area by a mile. Friendly staff (Jules on reception is a gem and Kuba on the bar makes a great Espresso Martini!). Breakfast is plentiful with great choices of hot and cold food. Rooms are lovely. Whenever we are in the area this is the only place we stay. Highly recommended. "

"Bit better communication between reception and bar staff, wanted a bucket of ice reception told me to go to the bar and the bar staff said I could only have it if I brought a bottle of Prosecco. "

"Professional and friendly staff. We stayed one night arriving quite late after a long drive - good nights sleep and great shower. Great value and great food options either in the hotel or on site as venue located at a motorway service station. Free parking which is a great bonus."
