"The staff very helpful a d enjoyed their jobs.The room was large but had all the comforts of home.The food was to a reasonable standard.Room and bar cleaning should be completed before Breakfast guests arrive? Overall we would stay again. ⁷"

"Most enjoyable stay, the room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated with a view of the river, and the bed was the softest we had ever slept in! Staff were really lovely and helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the beginning of our stay. Breakfast was especially good but the main menu was somewhat limited although of high quality, There was a small car park on site, and plenty of on-road parking although this was very busy during the day. However there was a large quay-side carpark opposite the hotel so there were no problems with parking. Will definitely return and cannot recommend them highly enough."

"Very old building, but the room was modern yet maintaining the atmosphere of a 400 year-old inn Evening meal was good with multi choices breakfast also Would stay here again without hesitation Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful"
