"We found the Jamaican House to be clean and cozy. Comfortable beds, fully appointed kitchen, comfortable dining and living room furniture. What we appreciated the most was the private back yard and bbq area. The elevated block wall was perfect to block neighborhood noise and wind. The pool clean and cool and the porch area was a great place to relax, eat and visit under the covered/shaded patio."

"The place is even better than the photos, if you can believe it. The host had everything we needed easily accessible and available. While we only had a short stay the only thing we needed to pick up was coffee creamer. They provided various coffee pods, teas, some bottled water and snacks in the kitchen. When we come back to Kingman your availability will be the first thing I check."

We were disappointed to find the body wash container. Empty. Used shampoo for our body wash. All in all it’s a great hotel. Breakfast was exceptional!"

"The stay slightly exceeded my expectations due to the better than expected breakfast options. I’ve stayed at a few other Baymount properties and those breakfasts were disappointing. My room was pretty clean though it seemed that a sterilizing solution (cleaning solution) may have been used in excess to cover up light cleaning. There is quite a bit of road noise from I-40, but given similar circumstances I would stay here again."

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfy bed (although two pillows not enough haha). There was 2 trains that came through, but we had the heater on the room because of a chilly night. So we did not really hear it that much. No free breakfast but the diner had really really great food and Schyler and Sabrina were both excellent servers. The murals were gorgeous, the pool and gazebo was very pretty as well. Definitely will be back."

"The Guy who checked me in was very pleasant and respectful when i git back the next afternoon the girl behind the desk wasn't very friendly. He was so nice to bring me and extra blanket and towels for my stay the most comfortable comforter i ever had at any Hotel. HE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL! THANK HIM FOR ME! Despite the roaches, the bed was very comfortable. "
