That my husband and son got allergies. I told the receptionist right away and they sent someone. But they couldn’t do anything. I requested for room change, they were hesitant to do it. I’m not even asking for an upgrade or anything, I just need a room without a smell. Then, eventually, they gave us a new room. That one has no smell at all. It was good. We enjoyed the rest of our time there."
