"Loved my stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Batam. The staff spoke fluent English and were generally polite. Chose this hotel cos it offers suite rooms that have microwave which is convenient to heat up leftover food. Appreciate the fact that the hotel also provides water dispensers available on every floor for guests. Especially loved that it is also linked to the Grand Mall Batam for easy shopping and eating. "
