Plenty of choices from inexpensive “coffeeshop” fares to simple restaurant and cafe types. The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough for one of the rooms, the traffic noise in the evening from the road facing GBM was quite bad. Overall, location with such prices is ideal. All the staffs are very courteous from front reception, housekeeping, restaurant to security. Good varieties for breakfast having local, western, chinese food etc. Its conveniently situated just across Grand Batam Mall, eateries & spa. Just about 10 mins away from Harbour Bay ferry terminal.
