🏖️Sunchase 104, Cozy Beach Condo, 1st floor, steps to the beach

  • 2BR/1BA, beach-side condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The balcony has a great view of the Gulf of America and is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves. Since this is a low density complex it feels very private. The condo is in the building closest to the beach and on the first floor. Feel free to enjoy the other amenities of the complex including the outdoor pool, hot tub, dedicated beach access, outdoor showers, picnic tables, shared grilling space and all the shops across the street.
    Updated (2024) living room and dining room with all brand new furniture.

    Condo is close to town, only 1.6 miles west of Hwy 59. Parking for one car directly under this first floor condo ($53/veh - 1 MAX). There are 3 extra parking spots on the side of the building but they are first come first serve.
    Right across the street is a great restaurant The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails also there is S & S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream & Treats and a convenience store, beach mart and package store all across the street!

    CLEANING/SUPPLIES

    Cleanliness is a priority for us, so you can enjoy your stay. Our unit is cleaned well between every guest. Every linen is taken off site and laundered between stays. Our cleaners will provide a small amount of each of these items: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels. Any additional supplies will need to be brought by the guest.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    This is a non smoking and no pet unit.

    The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals and there is a stacked washer/dryer combo in the unit.

Let me just start by saying i love this condo. Ive stayed in the Sunchase condos 3 times now. But, the construction workers made so much noise 2 days that you couldnt hear yourself talk outside. At one point they were grinding paint off the scaffolding so they could repaint it? Couldnt they do that somewhere else. The pool was great as well as the hot tub. Oh and you may want to check the drain pipe from the wash machine. I think its leaking into the parking area below. Great place to stay. Weather was great!! Would definitively recommend.

Fabulous Beach and Fun in Gulf Shores

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (17 and 15). It was so close to the beach. We spent the days at the beach then made our way to the pool before we went out to dinner. We loved the atmosphere in Gulf Shores! We will definitely be going back!!

Amazing condo at the beach

I enjoyed every minute of my time at the beach. The unit, location, pool and access to great restaurants and golf are the best ever! The owner is easy to communicate with and checks in during my stay to make sure all is well. I would love to return next February for the entire month.

The condo was very clean, the decor was very beach feeling loved the blue and yellow colors. Loves the twin beds for the girls. Very nice location. Just a few steps to the beach. Only thing we wish the pool was bigger. But yes we would stay here again.

Great Getaway

Great place to stay right on the white sand beach. Made lunches and dinner at the condo. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants - including delicious ice cream - and about 15 minute walk to cute coffee shop. Perfect spot for four of us! (Mom, two daughters and one friend!) Would definitely stay there again!

The kitchen/dining room floors were not swept very well, found old food along the island on the floor along with gum stuck to the floor. And there was no dust pan, that is a must have, when you are staying beach side to help keep up with the sand.

Great Location

The location of the condo is perfect and it's literally steps from the beach. Robert was very quick to respond to messages when we contacted him and super helpful. There were extra sand toys in one of the closets, which was nice with us having 3 kids. The only thing I would say is the parking is not the best. It's really hard to get in and out due to tight spaces. All and all we had a great stay!!

Great location. Easy to get in and out. We had a great stay. I could see problems with the parking lot being too tight, but our assigned spot was super easy to get in and out of. I could see the stairs and lack of elevator being a problem, but with the location of this condo, it was no problem at all. The heated pool and hot tub saved our very chilly spring break, but... Multiple times during the day and just all nights, the pool and hot tub would be full of teenagers that just walk in from the street or beach. Some were locals that lived in the area and some starting just down the beach but they all knew about the heated pool and hot tub and the fact that there was no one there to keep them from just walking in. The sign said the pool closed at 10 but that never happened and there was no enforcement. Almost every day we had to put the water hose in the hot tub to full it back up because it was almost half empty, likely from too many partying in it. There was no way to contact security, maintenance, pool workers or anything. We finally called the police dept our last night because it was midnight and the trespassers were playing music very loudly and screaming and telling and cussing very loudly. The cops came immediately but as they were pulling in the kids just got out and walked back across the parking lot and down the road. We were awakened again at 3am by another group doing the same thing. Could be a great place, just needs a little more overwatch
